Association Governance
Association Business Meetings
The Royal Coach Condo Association meets annually to approve the budget, elect board members, and conduct other business as needed. The Association Board of Directors meets monthly for regular business needs.
Association Financials
The Association annual budget is approved at the annual meeting usually held the last Monday of September. Blue Arrow Property Management provides monthly financial statements which are posted in the mail rooms and on the condo owners' private web page.
Association Committees
In order to share the workload and get things done efficiently, the Association has formed the following committees: Finance, Governance, Pool, Special Projects, Communications, and Hospitality. Volunteers comprise the committees, and each is led by a chair.
