About Us

Royal Coach is one of three condo associations located in the Coach Gate condo complex. Conveniently located in Louisville’s east end, the complex is on Hubbards Lane between Westport and Brownsboro Roads.

Royal Coach has two buildings, near the Hubbards Lane entrance, with a total of 63 units. The buildings, constructed in the 1980s are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The association is managed by a seven member Board of Directors.

Amenities include: a pool, two guest rooms, a party room in each building, and management facilitated by Blue Arrow Property Management.
